With a packed Hall, the evening for most of the guests began with a wholesome meal prepared by chef and owner Gary Smith. The main event saw the wonderful Paula Macaskill take to the stage at 9pm. From here on in everyone was wowed by Paula's wonderful voice. Amongst the crowd were a mix of avid fans and music loving locals, including the The New Inn's owners Gary & Maxine! All in all this was a brilliant night with a great atmospehre and superb music! Thank you to all of our guests and our cherished hard working staff.
the young'uns

The Young'uns, a superb a cappella style trio from Stockton in Teesside joined us for a night of mesmerising music accompanied by the guitar, accordion and plenty of comic moments! After the fantastic concert in the hall Gary and Tommy wheeled the 'out of tune' piano into the front bar at the request of the Young'uns and we all had a good old fashioned sing song and dance. It really was a pleasure hosting these talented boys and we wish them all the success in the future!
